I understand life happens & things come up! If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment I respectfully request 24 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hour notice are subject to a 25% cancellation fee! ✨ Effective immediately: • Deposits are non-refundable. • Deposits are used toward the products and supplies needed for your scheduled service. • If you OR I need to reschedule, your deposit will be transferred to your next scheduled service. • I will also no longer be accepting prepayment for services (excluding the required deposit). Services will be paid for at the time of your appointment.
